When I saw this backpack, I figured I'd try it out, then probably return it. However, the minute I opened the shipping box, I fell in love! The texture of the leather: it's shiny, soft, and supple and makes you want to touch it.
The zippers and tassels add some edge, while the gold hardware adds class. Some complained about the zipper being too short, but I don't see a problem as it goes from top to bottom, making it easy to move around inside the bag. The interior pockets can be filled with my pens, nail file and smaller items. The exterior side pockets carry my hand sanitizer, gum, lotion and keys. The zippered pocket near the straps is the perfect size for my cell phone. Even though I'm carrying all my junk, which makes most of my other bags on the heavy side, this backpack is easy on the shoulder and stays in place with just one strap.
